Forced to update to latest version. Now can’t find my holiday booking. App says my email address is different to the one used to book with. Can’t send help message as campsite isn’t in list of Yelloh sites. App was working fine before update and was a useful tool but now completely useless!

Not much point having an app if you can’t log in to it. Just tells me that my session has expired, please reconnect!

Does not recognise my email so does not show any details I need. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

Dreadful. Registered but never works, cant sign in. Same error message as many other users. Don’t Waste your time.

Thought I would try this to find a holiday but the search results, when you go into them, turn out to consist of a load of unavailable accommodation options. What’s the point of downloading the app then?

Still haven’t fixed the issue with “invalid” email address. This has been reported multiple times but still no fix. Cannot sign in using the email address Yelloh contact me at so it is useless.

How do you register account? My email address invalid despite receiving emails from Yelloh, therefore unable to use. Seems like common problem. Very poor.

When trying to sign up, it says my email is invalid even though it is the one I used for booking. This means I cannot use the app.

Keeps telling me my email is incorrect despite receiving emails re payment to this address.... so it’s useless to me
