Camplify Owners

The current version has started message the wrong booking when replying. You open a chat, read it, reply to it, and the response randomly ends up in a different message chain. Had this twice now. Thought it was user error the first time, but it’s definitely a bug, as the exact same response was in two message chains, sent at the same time, to two different people.

Ive notified Camplify several times and the new update is worse. The app sends notifications for messages but doesn’t keep the message icon (red circle with number) on the App icon, so you don’t know if a message is new. Now the message component shows my name at the top when replying to anyone, not theirs!

It’s a reasonably handy app but there are just not enough features. I find myself logging into the website a lot of the time to get things done because it’s not accessible on the app. What’s there functions well, I don’t run into bugs or glitches and everything works well. I just wish I could do more in the app. The best part of the app is pick up and drop off checklists. It makes it faster and easier. Recommended feature across the board would also be to add the ability to send images in messages. Camplify recommend it as the primary mode of communicating but I have to send images through other channels.

This makes managing your van and staying in touch with hirers a breeze

Would be handy to have the calendar on here so you can see booked dates, and block out dates easily.

App doesn’t recognise login credentials which work fine on the website. Completely useless

Hi, app does the job, would be better if you could add calendar for bookings. Please fix, When there is a booking cancellation, it stays in “upcoming” bookings. I would prefer it is removed. Thanks

Love the new app. Is it possible to get it to remember your login so I don’t have to login every time I want to use it...

As one of the first to test it, I enjoyed being able to message my hirer about pick up times, then submitting the pre hire checklists straight from my phone with the hirer beside me. It’s great to be able to upload so many photos for insurance.
