Описание

With Canadays, you will be aware of the next public holidays in Canada and the provinces. But time matters, so as soon you are opening the app, you will be able to display the current weather observation, see when the next holiday is coming, get some historical events that happened on the this day, and random quotes for fun.
But it's not all. You can keep yourself informed as the news tab is displaying the latest feed from CBC News, and you can check individually all the public holidays.
The app can also work without internet connection. Currently, the internet connection is only needed to retrieve the weather and news but that's all.
There is no advertisement nor tracking.

Pros I did not know Boxing Day is a holiday exclusively for selected provinces, which is great because some other news apps don't include that. The whole app is straight to the point and has all the necessary info right away. Cons Does the news update hourly? It would be nice to show an indicator to let users know that the info on the app is current and up to date?
