their other products and confusing and impossible software and directions to connect to Bluetooth and WiFi. Impossible crappola to use or setup. Glad I just bought a used T7i as it saved me a lot of $$$$ and made me realize that my T3i is a far easier camera to use even if it does not have Bluetooth or WiFi. Because neither of those selling features have any benefit for advanced amateurs like me when it’s impossible to get to the programming to work! I want my FTb features with digital pics. Lastly, Canon, you should be ashamed of yourself for producing such non usable and frustrating software. I’m going to switch from 100% Canon and look for a manufacturer that designs and builds its camera designs by people who use their products. Because it is plainly obvious that their engineers and IT Dept do not have a clue how disjointed, non usable and non intuitive their programs are!!!! LCINOH

I have a Canon at home which is a PIA when trying to use it. Today I’m trying to use my daughters Canon MG 3620 and it’s a bigger PIA! I will never purchase their printers again! I gave it a one to rate but I would have given it a ZERO if that was an option!

I bought my camera because it was “supposed” to connect to my iPhone. I followed the instructions both on the camera and in this sorry excuse for an app and have not been able to connect. Is there any 3rd party apps that actually work with the camera?

Cmon mannn this is not nice. Been trying to connect and having the same problems everyone else is having. You have the money, you have the technology. Fix it please. Thanks

Well in case you thought Canon could make a printer or scanner that worked without spending hours upon hours and frustration after frustration, think again. Canon has really made an idiot of themselves and their customers once again in the printer suicide family of products it appears that Canon, much like every other printer manufacturer since the dawn of humanity, has also failed to create a printer/scanner which offers even a solitary working function. Wait there more. Not only will you waste your time and money purchasing a canon brand printer scanner combo but you can download a dozen or so FREE apps to failing alongside thd corresponding printer scanner. These Canon Failed Products complement themselves quite terribly together. They’ve lowered the bar to even greater heights or should hypes because they sure do promote their nonworking garbage. Now I get to take this pile of trash back to the store for eighty dollars or maybe I’ll just tie it to my ankle and throw it over the nearest bridge; that seems like the only actual solution that Canon has left me with on this amazing Friday night. Thanks a lot for making ten broken apps and a scanner printer which has the sole Unique feature of NON-WORKING. -10 stars all day.

I love Canon products, but this app is a real turkey. It worked 6 months ago when I first got my camera, but now it aborts every time I try to start it. I have it installed on both my iPhone 7 and on my iPad and it won’t work on either. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled. I am very disappointed since this was one of the main reasons I upgraded my previous Canon camera.

I can connect to the camera through the WiFi but the app cannot find the camera connection station. I bought this camera so that I can transfer photos wirelessly to my phone. So this issue stinks. I wish I can give 0 star rating.

Doesn’t connect for longer than 10 seconds before self disconnecting. What a piece of crap, Canon.
