Im trying to use the app like I always have before and since the update i cant see anything it doesn’t show any items. It keeps giving me the same tutorial every time i open the app even though i already pressed the got it button

I tried 10+ times creating an account last year, but could not get it to work. They changed names, and I thought maybe it would be different. Nope still same old garbage with a different name. Have tried to make account again 5x and it just doesn’t work.

After putting money in my account in the app, the number pad that pops up (after using PayPal) doesn’t go away. I have to force close the app before I can actually make a purchase. The tutorial messages in the app also won’t stop ever since the app changed names, I’ve gone ahead and followed all of them twice and they still pop up

App updated from the Market 3 Square and now I cannot login using my old credentials and it will not let me reset my password- keeps saying “code incorrect” even though it is the exact same code they send!! I had leftover funds on there and now I cannot access them. Absolutely horrible.

I can’t even fund my account on the app. I select a deposit amount, and it turns grey and does nothing. Doesn’t give me the option to enter payment info, nothing. If I can’t find my account with the app then what’s the point of having it?

The website is down and the terminal to pay is down and when go to add money it only gave me the option to add $15 minimum!!!!!just let me use Apple Pay I don’t always want to come back here I avoid this anyways!!! Not cool man I’m parched from working in the sun I want something to drink and snack on!!!! Nobody can get access to this not even with the app!!

This app will not allow me to add funds to my account. I select the amount and no option to pay appears. Otherwise it would be a very efficient app to have!

App is ok. Can buy from app for convenience. In office I will go ahead an purchase before I go to vending, then I just grab and go. Can check prices But The con is that it won’t let me add money to the acct from app. The ability is there but when I choose an amount to add, it shows it but no button to actually add the money. This is the main feature I would use app for. Needs a few improvements. Photo of product would be good as well. But that’s a plus.

How come approximately every 6 months the app freezes and the only way to in freeze it is to delete and reload the app again. This has happened numerous times .

Kiosk is a week old and has been down for over half that time. The app doesn’t allow you to add money to your account. You click the amount, minimum of $15 btw, and it does nothing else. The website is the same way, click add funds on the website and nothing happens. App won’t let you pay with Apple Pay. Overall the kiosk, the app and the website is trash. The company is 100% trash.
