No FaceID, no Touch ID, each time you start app, you need enter full password from google account. Password is not saved. PIN is not provided. No device analytics. Very bad.

I have found it impossible to make my new Nobo heater turn on. The Capa Connect schedule will not work and I can’t even select the correct time zone. I would return the heater today if I had not purchased it online. There is no assistance available. This has been a very frustrating and expensive exercise because the heater does not turn on. I do not recommend this product.

Unfortunately to make my new Nobo heater work I need to use this app. It’s rubbish. DO NOT buy a product that requires this app. The ap is counter intuitive to use, it has no online support other than some random FAQs on the developers web site. Simply opening the app appears to cause the loss of pre programmed settings. Why can’t they just make these products compatible with Alexa or Google Home or Apple Home and leave the app development to people who know how to do it. The one star rating is overly generous imo but I can’t give the app anything less.

Why in this era would you only have the ability to connect to Alexa and not Google Home? Can you please add other smart home device compatibility?

Heater will not connect via bluetooth. Also needs “open wifi” whatever that is. Mine has a password so maybe it’s not “open”. Don’t buy a heater that says it uses this app. The app is rubbish. Just a way to harvest data.

Very frustrating

Always lags, often doesn’t make the adjustment you ask for it to do and has a kind of its own With its latest update to fix stability, the app no longer even opens on iPhone, making it completely useless

I have been trying to log in to the app ( previously used it) The app doesn’t recognise my password and says the account doesn’t exist When I try to sign up it say the account al already exists! I keep going around in circles!!! Deleting the app and reinstalling doesn’t help

Seriously, this supposedly WiFi connectable panel heater is anything but. Works well without WiFi but such a clunky, amateurish app that has missing steps in the set-up and simply does not work. If you want a reasonable stand alone heater, by Noirot. However, if you want something controllable through an App, simply don’t waste your time. By a different brand. Just wasted 45 mins of my life on a Sunday morning with a program that a ten year old could have written better. It’s embarrassingly bad…as evidenced by all the reviews for this product

Following the in-app procedure will not pair the device. It might be intuitive for some (not me), but after engaging pairing mode, you then need to press the ‘+’ symbol to get the code. This of course is irrelevant, as the whole reason I got the app was to set up a timer (which it does not do). In its current form this app is not fit for purpose and Noirot should not be advertising the heater as having a timer.
