Suddenly cant play lotto on app after update yesterday. It says im not in SA
I claimed my Live Better reward part of the Isabella Garcia campaign and the reward does not appear in my wallet. I reached out to support via WhatsApp and email and they keep telling me to follow the exact steps I already completed but still no voucher appears in my wallet. Complete scam
I keep getting a frustrating Geogate message whenever I try to play the lotto telling me that the Google play store does not allow in-app sales outside of South Africa but I am in South Africa!!
Why did you stop updates to IOS 12, you are forcing me to buy another phone, I’ll just switch banks instead.
In can no longer purchase lotto tickets, gives me an error - Play LOTTO The Google Play Store does not allow in-app LOTTO sales outside of South Africa.
I generally like the app and the experience, but lately the “track money” feature hasn’t been working properly. When updating a category, it doesn’t show the change and it generally just doesn’t work. It would be great to have it working properly again.
Switching banks because this app doesn’t want to work on my phone anymore. I don’t have access to my funds. I can’t even transfer money.
The app used to be top class but in the last few months there have been so many bugs and issues. Considering switching banks now. The latest frustration… In an attempt to protect clients the ability to load cards into ApplePay has been disabled, with the instruction to go into Capitec app and enable it on the cards tab. This option does not exist! A month ago I logged this via support, they then escalated it to developers. I didn’t get a response back. I went into a branch and they also checked and found it was definitely a bug or tech issue. They then escalated and were even on the phone with support. I am still waiting.. issue has not been resolved.
The app is great however I dislike the login menu. It’s built to fail. I’ve tried logging in today and it says I’ve entered the wrong “correct” pin to many times. When I proceed it says I need to wait an hour to be able to access and reset my code
App works great except that face ID stooped working for me recently and I can’t enable it again, please bring back this feature if it has been removed
