I made a genuine mistake in downloading this app and when I requested a refund as per U.K. law within 14 days of purchase I was refused. How can a company be trusted if it’s not going to obey the law?

I made the stupid mistake to purchase this without reading the reviews first! It is basically a scam because when doing the purchase it does not give you the option to verify the compatibility with your car before payment, and when you have paid they will not issue a refund going against all rules of trade in the UK where a client has a 14 day cooling off period regardless! So basically a scam or fraud as you wish to describe it. Thanks for nothing.

I got this app thinking I needed it to connect my iPhone but didn’t, so contacted them, they quickly emailed saying it’s being dealt with. Nearly 3 weeks later and I still haven’t had my refund and haven’t heard anything else from anyone!

This app does not work, developer refuses to respond to any form of contact, Apple are refusing refund also. Totally ripped off by scam developer and in turn Apple - very frustrating. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

I contacted the app for a refund as my car is not compatible with this app, this was on the 25th October and I still haven’t been refunded nor have I had any emails to ask further questions about the refund, ridiculous app just takes money from u and doesn’t provide any details etc, I’ve again went back on to request a refund and I can’t even past the 1st question which my answer is “other” and it won’t accept it!

Don’t know why I bought this App £40 and nothing to show for it.

This is a total scam gets you to sign up and pay subs but then when you try to input your car details it freezes Have deleted and installed 3 times now

They cannot give refund back nobody is here for help really its wasteage of money because my car not suitable for this app but m paid for this before when i put my car details inside this app so they said your car is not compatible for this app but now i am again and again try for refund but nobody give reply to me its my bad experience

I signed up for this last week and paid the registration fee on Tuesday 3rd September 2024 @ 7.50.am. London time, by 8.00.am. London London time I completed the application for a refund due to my car not being compatible. I saw the message thank you we will be in touch, haven’t heard anything since, so tried again today Saturday 7th September @ 17.05.pm. And completed the request for a refund due to my car being incompatible( which you only find out after your have paid the registration fee). And have got the same message … thank you we will be in touch. And yes I have left my email and phone contact details. Not good. Timothy O’Connell ( Ford Ecosport owner) London, England.
