Aplikace byla a je super. I teď po velkém updatu. Služby Car4way jsem v minulosti používal několikrát do týdne. Teď co mám auto je to už sporadické, ale i tak super appka a služby. HelpLine vždy pomůže.

The previous version was much better, even faster.. Now when I open the app it takes a while for my location to be set correctly. Then on every app open it shows some cars and then reloads after a while just to show that the cars are not there anymore. Huge drawback is the inability to edit reservations. And to be honest, I liked the previous "functional" design wayyy more than this so called "fresh design", it's just cluttered, "too slick" and harder to distinguish individual features of the UI.

New App is a leap forward. Now you can see reserved car location in the same map. Services and pricing are fair and on par with competition. My first ride with Car4Way was exactly 3 years ago. Cars are generally well maintained and so far so clean.. Only wiper fluid is often missing. Parking is still expensive and frustrating with minute tariffs, so is any red light. This promotes unsafe and illegal driving and should be improved somehow. (Parking mode?) I'm still unhappy with billing - using credits to save money makes ride costs show as 0 for individual rides, which makes it hard to understand costs. I am happy to provide details if asked.

Love the design and funcionality of the new app, nothing to complain about.

přijde mi že od nového updatu je při "jet ihned" zaseklý tlačítko na "zahájit" - v předchozí verzi v tomhle kroku bylo kolečko na update, a rychleji se tak mohla zahájit jízda. Overall si ale cenim dostupnosti a call centra. Většinou fungují spolehlivě, ale cenově o dost dražší než konkurence

Auta v perfektním stavu, ale už méně zajímavé balíčky s volnými kilometry než v minulosti

Chybí mi informace/notofikace/potrvezní o doručení oznámení o nahlášení stavu vozidla. Například do oznamovacího centra - delkujeme za nahlášení stavu vozidla a shrnutí nahlášení. Přecijen jde o peníze/pokuty a předtím bylo příjemné, že přišlo oznámení o doručení hlášení. Appka jinak boží a skvělá práce.

The reserved car wasnt there. Needee to cancel the reservation. The support was kind and helpful.
