Whenever you have a lot on your mind, when you think you have a problem and have no one to talk to, you can talk to Cara. She will listen to you, help you discover the cause of these worries, and will try to advice you on how to proceed with a coping mechanism. Cara will help you regain confidence in yourself and accept yourself as worthy.

Cara offers a trial without subscription, which lasts for 3 days from account registration. After the 3 days, you have the choice to subscribe to Cara on a monthly or annual basis. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. The cancellation will take effect 24-hours after the last day of the current subscription period and your access will be discontinued. The unused portion of the free trial is forfeited after purchase. You may subscribe again within the app, but the introductory free trial will be unavailable for returning users.
Cara offers 2 subscription tiers:
• Auto-renewing monthly subscription for unlimited access to Cara
• Auto-renewing annual subscription, also for unlimited access to Cara
Cara does not provide diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace a therapist, but it can provide pertinent support to take care of your emotional wellbeing and mental health. It may work effectively alongside therapy or other treatments (such as medication) if you are currently seeing a physician or therapist.
