Carbonate HR

Problem after problem. Assigned user as staff but they became admin after I saved everything. The new staff could see all the others salary and information with admin role access. Wrote to carbonate and they said they check but I have assigned as admin right from the start. Their audit log which they attached and claimed as proof did not even show the assignment of admin from my end right from the start. DON’T BE TRICKED into using this crap software.

App is useful and helps a lot in HR and payroll. Can submit leave and claims. 👍🏻

The lagging of the app is very annoying. Claims, apply leave and payroll, takes very long to complete a single task so the user n admin spends alot more time than usual.

Have been using for past few years and loved it. Simple and easy to use

What are the techs there doing? Given so many heads up to them and yet it’s still the same .

Super troublesome to use Can’t really help users to have a more systematic store name, and can’t make a one-way list

This app makes work for Human Resources so much easier. Especially now with work from home situations.

Lousiest app ever!!! Give so much error 1. Keep having error when submitting MC 2. And it auto off the screen 3. When return, whole thing application gone! It’s only 5 stars because support their business app but it’s not super friendly!
