I had an error of 504. My monthly plus ticket wouldn’t show and the driver wouldn’t let me on without buying a new ticket. The app eventually worked but said I had no tickets then 5 minutes later my monthly ticket showed. If the app doesn’t work then what’s the point of it. Now I have to do the faff of requesting a refund from Cardiff bus.

Hello I can’t buy tickets on here I don’t know why! Can you please fix the bug

Cardiff bus shows the route of different buses and you can also see where the buses are! Really useful but sometimes information on the buses is inaccurate

On the explore tab, when selecting a bus stop, please could you show the timetable for tomorrow morning. I appreciate the time table is on another tab, but when there are 2 or 3 busses per stop, the timetable isn’t great.

I’ve not used the app for a while. I bought a day to go ticket for mobile. I went to use it on the number 27 and my wallet kept on opening. The idiot driver said I must have set it up to automatically open whenever it’s near the pay icon…. Who’s ever done that? It’s set up to double click when I need to use it. She then suggested I need to delete my cards from my wallet and try that way. I had to buy a second ticket! Absolute scam.

I think student are not getting discount most especially the international students in wales … this is unacceptable and I think it should be reviewed

Absolute joke of an app. Ticket would not scan. App bus times were wrong and inaccurate. Worst app put me onto wrong bus going to opposite direction from what I wanted. Driver told me it was correct bus for city centre when it wasn't. Got off and then got picked up by same bus and driver going way I wanted. Driver was unhelpful and sarcastic. App and driver were not a good reflection of Cardiff bus today
