CardioBot: Heart Rate Monitor

I like this app: minimalism, nothing superfluous and at the same time enough information. But I have encountered a problem with synchronization of the widget for Apple Watch. The essence of the problem is that in the morning my resting heart rate set on the watch widget for a few hours showed zero, although in reality it had already changed several times. I opened the app on the watch and saw the correct value, but the widget still showed zero. That is, there was some kind of synchronization error. The widgets of other applications worked fine. Rebooting the watch solved the problem. I have noticed similar cases before. My resting heart rate has changed and the widget shows this change after 30-40 minutes. Please make better synchronization between the widgets on the watch screen and the target data. Make it so that there is no time delay after, for example, my resting heart rate has changed. In addition, please make it possible to edit widget colors and the ability to set the values at which the widget color changes. For example, now the resting heart rate widget is gray if the value is below 55, blue if the value is above 55, etc. And I would like, for example, to make the color green if the resting heart rate is below 50, yellow if 50-55, red if above 55. Make it possible to customize widgets.

A bit disappointed, I really like the app, upgraded to the premium, but the notifications only worked for the first few days. Not worth the money in my mind.

I have tried to cancel this subscription. I didn’t even know I had this subscription. So please cancel.

I ended up deleting app because it would display 4 or more HRV “needs attention” notifications a day. I don’t care about HRV and no way to turn this off.

Be prepared for being inundated with 15 junk emails a day from everything from eye issues kidney and liver supplements- name the potential malady and you’ll receive junk emails I liked it but on principle I’m opting out inside my trial period I’m disgusted they immediately sold my information

I walked slow for 11 minutes and then fast for 31 minutes covering 2.6 miles today. The app showed that I had 100% fat burn. The total points that I was given came to 1. I just did 13 minutes of stretches with some push-ups and it gave me 13 points.

The version 7 change was frustrating because I now have to click day to see my average heart rate. I track this daily and liked seeing it at a glance on the calendar view. I also noticed my heart rate average is consistently about 5% lower since that update so not sure if anything changed in how it’s calculating things too. Otherwise, still love the app!
