Absolutely TERRIBLE support
I can’t believe that an app in this day and age isn’t compatible with IOS. Buy a different brand that supports its customers.. Very disappointed!

Doesn’t connect to Q3
The App doesn’t connect to my Q3 ??? Any suport here would be appreciated . I am using IPhone XS
App does not connect to Packtalk unit
Running 4.0 firmware. Ran through the restart, reset, reconnect, reboot process as advised on the web site. Why release software that doesn’t work and expect customers to waste time working through Bluetooth gremlins. I paid a premium price for a premium product and got sub-par software.

Thank you Not Another Nickname
After 3hrs of buggerising around, I finally got the thing to work due the guidance of "Not Another Nickname"'s review. The answer is DONT DOWNLOAD THE APP DIRECTLY FROM THE APP STORE. Download the app via prompting after the initial setup connection of the Bluetooth to the iPhone. Follow "Not Another Nickname" 's review for further instruction. Thank you NAnickname 👍🏻

Well thanks to, not another nickname for your post, I finally got it to work too and it seem to be all good in the lounge room it took a lot of mess about Thanks again for taking the time to post great help
Won't open
Post the latest 'update' the app won't open. Deleted and tried again. Nothing. Don't waste your time.
Finally got it to work
Do not download this app from here. Do this in the following order if you want this to work for the Packtalk and iPhone. Works with IOS but had to do a little bit of messing with it. 1. Plug into computer, update firmware and software. 2. Uninstall the app if you installed it, DO NOT reinstall it yet. 3. Remove PackTalk from your device via "Forget this Device" 4. Restore PackTalk to factory default settings via the advanced menu "tap the scroll bar/select twice" 5. Pair your mobile phone through the advanced menu from before, NOW it should prompt you to install the application on your mobile phone. 6. After installing the application from the prompt it should work. 7 Hopefully this helps some people out! I found similar things online so I just wanted to make sure it was on the reviews as well. Don't give me credit for this fix!
