Its a hit or miss on the app getting a secure connection. When it does it’s great. When it doesn’t it takes hours to work.

I love this app. I had been using this app for the last couple of years and it’s been great especially when I balance my credit card statements so I can check for missing charges. I am a little disappointed that my financial institution has chosen to stop supporting this app without notifying the members. I do appreciate the response from the app developer to my questions.

I thought it would be great having control over when my debit card can be used. It felt safer! Until the app decided it couldn’t find a secure connection and wouldn’t allow me to sign in, basically hijacking my debit card and money! It worked fine before and now I can’t do anything! It’s not my internet, it’s the app. It’s not the first time I be had issues with it. To me it seems buggy! I don’t trust that I’ll be able to access my own money with this. Once I get access to my card, I’m deleting this app. It’s not worth the stress!

I have changed my password three times on my Bank website and this God awful app and service still won't let me log in for some reason. Happened out of nowhere after a charge was denied that I needed to approve.

Just downloaded app, logged a credit card in, closed app and now it will not open so I can get to my card. It just keeps scrolling “establishing a connection please wait” but it never connects.

For some reason, all of a sudden, it decides. I need to change my password, right before I’m ready to turn it back on to purchase a few groceries. What a miserable experience. Put in a new password, it didn’t like it, then it said I needed to use a special code that was emailed to me. Entered the code and tried to create several new passwords, it did not like any of them, even though they met all the criteria. Then, after seemingly finding one that it liked, it said the code had expired. Long story short, it took 15 to 20 minutes to get the app working. Once I got into the app I turned the card back on, then deleted the app.

I don’t think this app has ever worked well. Constantly having issues, with controlling the card, signing in and literally anytime you try to do ANYTHING. Do better .

It’s supposed to protect by putting in the cards of your institution! But alas, I’ve had it for 10 years or more and in that time I’ve spent more time on the phone with my bank or in the bank and none of bank representatives knows how it works! So as a result, I can only put my debit cards on it, not my Credit cards and so I’m half protected! When I try to put them in, it says that they’re already there! The bank can’t figure so it hasn’t worked for 4-5 years! Then I have to put a new password every time I want to use it! So it not effective as a a protection of my accounts!

App hangs on launch while trying to establish a secure connection. When I do get to setup, it crashes before finish and doesn’t save registration.

I’m starting to think this app is fake. The same username and password I use for my online banking does not work here and it does not recognize my debit card number to log in. Also, no one from technical has responded back to my email yet.
