The app acts like it is buffering, then I get a message saying, “error. Request timed out “.

There should be an option to add an activity of being able to track menstrual cycles and maybe an activity of making a note. That way you can add a note about a certain day explaining your pain level or anything else necessary. It would make it easier to communicate with our doctors about specific incidents if we made a note about it THAT day.

After my iphone 7 updated to the current ios I was no longer able to login. It now says “data is in incorrect format”

I recently updated my iPhone with the latest (13.1) update and a new issue has started. * the app has created multiple entries of my medication * when I go to mark my meds as ‘taken’ it’s not showing that so I get a notification to take it. Also, would it be possible to be able to go back to update days you forgot to change? You can go back a day but would it be possible to make it a week? Still enjoy using this app but just a few minor touches need to happen to make it awesome! 😊

I need to take meds 3 times per day. It has a “custom” feature but it doesn’t allow any frequency more often than one per day. I expect that those considering using this app have serious requirements. It’s obvious that this app was never reviewed by a physician or pharmacist.

This is the most poorly developed application I have used in my iPhone. It can take more than 30 minutes for the application to be ready to accept input. And I have a fast cable modem link. I have used the new version since the old version was eliminated. The old version was much better than this “improved” version. I have removed this app from my phone - I should have done this months ago.

I’ve used this app for a month now and it has definitely helped me keep track of my meds and appointments.

I know that with iOS 11 coming shortly that is why you discontinued the old app but you should have figured out a way to convert our YEARS OF DATA RECORDS over. It's valuable medical information we don't want to loose. ITS MECICAL.

They waited to have a solution to move your medications from the old app to this new one until two weeks before the old app is turned off. I have tried multiple times to migrate over. I emailed support and they stated "We are experiencing some technical difficulties with the migration too". Then they said "We suggest that you manually input your medications into the new Connect app". and " The Mobile Health Manager app will be shut off at 9am ET tomorrow, August 31." So much for customer service. I have 14 medications to transfer over. Why would I want to manually enter them so I can enjoy this poor level of customer service?
