The app really helps keep me on track
Easy to use
I needed care credit when my dog had some unexpected vet bills, I was able to set it up and use it same day. They had a promo at the time for zero interest for 6 months that helped me out a lot!

Everything is easy to handle and modern
No Customer Service Available
The app requires a new user to enter their account number, however upon approval this was not provided. I called and waited more than 15 minutes for someone to help me lookup my account number, while listening to “your call is important!” messaging, then hanging up. So while I can’t fully rate the app itself, that experience was frustrating.

I love this app. HOWEVER, after upgrading my phone to a iPhone promax 15 the app says all my info is wrong. But yer after changing my password thinking that was the problem still nothing. But I can log into the main website. Please fix this. It was a nightmare trying to PAY MY BILL
