Just now downloaded. Tried to log in twice and keep getting a Gateway error. Read the other reviews and deleted the app. What a crock.

I don’t understand if the app’s uselessness is a security feature or what but at the moment every time I tap login it does nothing. Which is not that surprising they have been decreasing the usability of this app for a year or two now. Seriously considering changing providers next open season because of the amount of time I’m eating with there online access

App does not function. I cannot even sign in like what is the point of that.

This app is ridiculously bad. I couldn't even get past the login screen with the never-ending loading bar reminiscent of dial-up internet. It's almost like this was made decades ago and abandoned since. Why is this even on the app store?

App is not much of a helpful tool especially when trying to download ID cards. Needs to be fixed asap!!! I have trouble every time I try to use it.

Don’t even bother. You can’t even log in as it sends you to the bottom of the page when you select to input a password. If they can’t get that right, who knows what else is wrong and would probably be full of security flaws

Get the code but can't input it on phone. Once I do, the submit button is dead and there is no way to advance. What a mess.

My job insurance is with this company, can’t speak on the insurance but all I know is it’s costly and no where near blue cross, which I miss by the way. At least that app had Face ID for logging in, this garbage app, I got to enter my password each and every time after the app stupid update, the app updates every time u open it, open it 50 x’s a day, it updates 50x’s not like it’s an actual update b/c app is still useless. I tried to add my ID card to apple wallet wouldn’t you know, even that feature doesn’t work! App is is basically taking up valuable space on my iPhone and I’m bout to delete it, useless garbage of an iPhone app for insurance!

This app is terrible, just as one of the reviews below described. When you try to enter your password, you’re taken to language selection. If you select a language your login name is cleared and you need to start over again. I only downloaded this app to add my insurance card to my Apple wallet. While the app theoretically offers this feature, it never manages to add the card to the Apple Wallet. This is the fastest I have deleted an app after downloading. It’s so useless.
