Caring for you Members App

The app no longer alerts me via sounds and or vibrating when a shift has been posted. Unless I am staring at my phone for 24hrs a day I am missing out on shifts which means I am missing out on earning money. Please fix ASAP.

I couldn’t receive any notifications since I updated software to latest version IOS 18.0. This make me couldn’t pick any shift.

This app keeps flashbacks when I logged into my account.

Need add to calendar function, why get rid of it?

Lastest version do not show distance.

There are a few jobs, and if you don’t act fast someone else takes it, overall great agency

Not a fan of the new update. The old shift filter was much better. I wish there was a way for it to come back.

This app has improved so much with the latest update. It is no longer crashing every time it’s opened and you can now see facility names displayed on shifts. Much more user friendly ☺️

Would be great if on the app, you could see the name of the facility rather than just the suburb before you accept the shift. Also, would be good if you were able to filter the search for shifts based on location etc
