Приложение часто обманывает и сдирает на этом комиссию при отмене, вот весь их бизнес. Мне два раза подряд без согласования поменяли класс машины и место возврата а потом списали деньги за отмену…заведомо висят категории авто которых нет в наличии в итоге…

Пытаюсь ввести нужный город, а мне предлагает только аэропорт, в городок, Где я сейчас. Пытаюсь ввести другие города, Москву, Анталию, тоже ничего не происходит

Сняли свою комиссию, а оказалось, что в два раза больше. Обещали вернуть, но до сих пор не вернули. Очень недоволен.

Not recommend at all .Price for car was 235 euros after 2 days got email that price is 551 euros(more the double more!!!) they took my prepayment of 23 euros when I cancelled and don’t want to give it back even when I explain they that the fault is on them not on me.Don’t book anything with carla and definitely don’t give your card details to them
