Carriage - Food Delivery

This app is becoming so bad and lousy in terms of the use. Repetitively i am ending up with restarting the app after selecting food items and then in the end the app would say: “u have selected something wrong” or “something wrong happened” or “service is not available now” !!! Although after restarting the app, it will go well. This is really getting to my nerves. Deleting it is the best option i guess !!!!

i have made 2 orders and they took the money from my bank acc and after 1 hours when i talked to them say said there issue with the system and we will send you money back in 7 days and they didn't sent it carrige has started to get worst and worst and the chat serves are rude

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Carriage app and the appalling customer service I have received. My recent experience has left me frustrated and convinced that the service is nothing short of a scam. Firstly, the app itself has numerous problems. It frequently crashes, making it nearly impossible to place an order without encountering some sort of technical glitch. The most significant issue I encountered, however, was with the Carriage Wallet. Despite having sufficient funds in my wallet, I was unable to use it for payments. The app repeatedly showed an error message, preventing me from completing my transaction. What made this experience even worse was the customer service. When I reached out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. The support team either didn’t understand the problem or simply didn’t care to resolve it. I was passed from one representative to another, each more clueless than the last. After several attempts to get help, my issue remains unresolved. At this point, it feels like the Carriage app is more interested in taking customers' money than providing any sort of reliable service. The inability to use funds from my Carriage Wallet and the lack of effective customer support has left me feeling scammed and betrayed. I strongly urge you to address these issues immediately and provide a resolution. If this situation is not rectified, I will have no choice but to cease using your services and warn others about my negative experience.

Last time I ordered from Pizza Hut the app did take the amount but I never received the pizza I tried to contact put nothing happened there were a problem in the app I did not get the help at all

The help page does not working for more than 2 months. It keeps loading only. I deleted the app and reinstall it and still the same problem. I tried the help page once more than one hour and it did not load.

Not even one star is worth it. I lost more than 100 AED, did not get a refund nor my food. Whenever I raise a ticket discussing the issue, they keep telling me I will get my money back and guess what? A couple of months passed and NOTHING! I did not get my food nor my money. If it had happened once, I would have tried to understand, but THREE TIMES! THREE? Beyond horrible.

It charges too much on delivery!

It’s very poor app Customer service are the worst, they are not professional at all For example: If I will say my order got delayed There answer will be: hi my darling I’m very happy to talk to you I hope you are happy & god make you wishes come true & they will talk longer for greetings only I’m in a bad mood & they keep talking They never helped if something is wrong from the restaurant, they always on there side They don’t give us accurate information (just lies) Many times they refused to return my money to my card They only want to keep it on the app wallet It is up to the person who will call you Last time there was an Indian person who was very rude & not polite with me refused to help or to listen
