All the arrows went up in the screen near dynamic island, very hard to control

The app works fine, but any mistake is not handled properly. Customer service needs a lesson or two in how to serve customers.

It took them 30 minutes to realize that the restaurant that I am ordering from is “too busy” and then they cancelled my order.

Driver’s are rude and never have change

تطبيق سئ جداً دايما مايكون الطلب ناقص او بارد ثلج حتى ماتقدر تاكله وحتى اذا تواصلت مع خذمه العملاء خدمتهم سيئه ولا راح يسون شي

في كل مرة تحدث مشكلة يتم التجاهل تماما أسوأ خدمة عملاء وأسوأ تعامل ولا يستاهل ربع نجمة

خدماتهم سرطعة جداً جداً جداً وكريج احسن تطبيق استخدمته يخص الاكل والله وسهل ومو صعب كلش والله وشكراً. 😊

خدمه العملاء سيئه وتم تطاول موظف من خدمه العملاء وتأخير الطلب ساعه ونص وعند الاتصال 3 مرات لالغاء الطلب ورد المبلغ يتم قيام موظف خدمه العملاء بابلاغي سيتم الغاء الطلب ولا يتم ذلك .. وقيام موظف بالامتناع عن التحويل لمسؤول خدمه العملاء ورفض الافصاح عن اسمه بالرغم من تكرار طلب معرفه اسم الموظف وطلبت تقديم شكوى رسميه وتجاهل ذلك وقال اما الغاء الطلب وترجع الفلوس او دور السوبر فايزر ..تعامل سيء ،وسيتم حذف التطبيق لانه سيء ولا يتم تطويره

The order never arrives on time. The driver does multiple deliveries and by the time my food is delivered it’s cold. Customer service is useless, once I asked if the drivers do multiple deliveries they lied and said no, but when I asked the driver he confirmed that he was forced to do deliveries before delivering my order. Once the drivers are in the compound they mark on the app that the order is delivered and they keep on roaming around the compound looking for my unit even though my location is clearly shown on the app.
