Carrier Air Conditioner

What happened??? It has about 2 months this app is like damaged! Suddenly it couldn’t find my 2 air conditioners! After I reconnect them to the network and add them in the app I can find and use them only if my phone is in the 2g band of my WiFi ! If I’m outside I cannot find them with 5g! It useless you guys fix it because you ruin the remote WiFi control ability of your air conditioners! Why to buy them as WiFi air conditioners as long as I cannot use them like this?

The app logouts all the time, you have to log in everytime you want to use the app making it unusable. It doesn’t even include remember password or login from iCloud

You can Use it only if you have 2,4 GHz internet line. I can’t use it, as my internet is now 5.0 GHz. They suggested me to use slower line on my office, where 10 terminals are in use. In fact, WiFi is out of order for my Carrier air conditions.

Unfortunately it has tons of buggs. Now I open the app and the air conditioner is not responding. It’s doing it for four days now. I found another solution without this app to turn my air conditioner on and off but for more I need the actual remote. Thank you carrier for not carrying

Can’t open the app in iPhone 12. So the remote use is impossible

No apple HomeKit support

Σταμάτησε να μου δουλεύει η έκδοση 3.6 και από τις ρυθμοσεις άλλαξα από ελληνικά σε αγγλικά και δουλεύει.

With IOS 16.4 does NOT load the app! Do something because we spent money to buy the unit with WiFi support that does not work!
