Carrington Mobile Quick Pay

I’ve downloaded the app twice and still it comes up but doesn’t work. Making it hard for me to pay quick form what it says. The app needs to be redone or remade. I’m going to the website to make payments. It’s the only way right now. Please fix the app.

The company is 50/50 to deal with on a personal level but the app is absolutely horrendous and has been for a long time. Carrington took over my mortgage in June 2022 from Wells Fargo and since then my experience trying to pay online has not been as easy. The app loads up and accepts Face ID quickly and then tends to freeze on the initial dashboard page not allowing you to select “Quick Pay” or even the longer option to go in and change your payment amount/ method. You’ll then have to close out the app, try the whole thing again and hope that it works several times…. a total waste of your time!

I hate this mortgage company. I scheduled a payment and without my consent, they withdrew $5.00 for their “charitable place”. Now tell, how in the world a financial institution, the owners of our money, have the nerve to ask me, a simple worker, money for charity?!? I need no one to make donation on my behalf. The app? Oh my my.. where can I begin? I won’t, I let you experience yourself.I don’t trust this lender. I wish my original lender never sold me to this one.

All this app allows you to do is make a payment. You can’t view statements or tax documents or do anything other than make a payment. Absolutely terrible app.

Doesn’t have too much options is very genetic. Not too much to navigate or see.

App never works, won’t load, and freezes so you can’t even get to the website without going to it and typing in the website. Total trash.

This app is garbage. In a lot of the info panes, the font is the same color as the background so you cant read the selections or know what you're typing.

This mortgage company is the worst at managing their payments . WEBSITE has no access to payment …App is also terrible.. Payments don’t reflect correctly.

There doesn’t seem to be anyway to see your scheduled payments on the app or website. They also haven’t reported to the credit bureau since getting our mortgage transferred to them. Our credit score dropped 56 points because of this. Although I don’t know why paying off a mortgage makes your score drop.

This mortgage company is trash. My mortgage was transferred to them and they have yet reported my mortgage payments to the credit bureaus. One of my creditors sent me letter decreasing my spending usage because it’s reporting on my credit report that I don’t have a mortgage or a failed to keep one. I e called them twice and still they have not reported my payments or that I have a mortgage. They are trash and I’m annoyed I wish my mortgage was never sold to this company. I give 0 stars if I could. I pay my mortgage on time and it doesn’t reflect my report it’s been 5 months think I need to report them because this is messing up my financial suability. I’m very upset
