Ever since this new version came out I can not use the app. I have to pay online. Same result but not as convenient.

Logs me in then closes. Useless as is. Please fix this. Worked ok before last update

While the old app was outdated, at least it worked and was straightforward. I’ve had nothing but problems with the new app. I logged in a few weeks ago and selected face recognition. It crashed. And then continued to not load and immediately crash when trying to open the app. I called customer service and the first person I spoke to made me feel like it was my problem and I should figure it out. The second person tried to replicate my issue, and found that the app also consistently crashed for him when he enabled face recognition. Fast forward a few weeks and I couldn’t even log in using a password, it kept giving me an error. I went online and changed my password and was able to log in. In the previous app, I could put in a dollar amount to reload my account, but it’s not working on the new version of the app. And it’s unclear how to do so. If you’re going to roll out an entirely new app, A) make sure it works before you roll it out, and B) maybe offer a tutorial if everything has changed!

App won’t even open!

Worked till enabled Face ID and now app crashes even after removing and reinstalling. Bring back old version

The new app looked great…until I enable Face ID unlock. I got pit into an endless loop where the the app tries to unlock showing the login screen at the same time and the shutting down completely.

Now after updating, I cannot log in anymore with my previous log in. Will have to call the company

Keeps telling me NOT COMPATIBLE PLEASE TOUCH OK TO UPDATE!!!! There is NO update

The app used to work not it is broken.

The new update no longer sends notifications to my phone. I’ve told customer service, but they were no help and could only offer turning all alerts on and off.
