Cannot login, did not send sms for the forgot password. Very lousy and disappointed

Please guys, dont ever signup for the membership. Its like a scam. I dont know how to redeem my point since the apps not working (when trying create new acc, it said acc already exist; trying reset password, no sms at all reached me!!!). No channel for complaint or contact the customer service. Am i going to burn all my money paid???

Cannot login for past 4 days

Paid for package and wasn’t informed on expiry. Really unsatisfied on this cuz and officer can’t check at the counter. For everyone, pls be careful about this. Doesn’t make sense on having expiry on packages in first place!

Cannot even sign up since I can’t receive the 6 digit code. Please kindly assist. Thanks.

Cannot complete the registration process cuz no OTP

Been trying to log in for the hundredth time but can’t seem to do so. It’s definitely not a network problem

I believe those who rated 5 stares are either the developer or the staff of CARS. The only way to redeem/use my package is through the redeem and QR code from the app. But every time i open the app, “something went wrong bla3”. How then? Hahahah
