I always get alert open your bluetooth even it opened and have to wait doorman to open the door

I disabled the intercom function in the app, but Carson still continues to call my phone when someone buzzes the front door intercom. I tried setting a schedule, but the intercom will still buzz me outside the hours I set in the schedule.

Do not use if you’re looking for reliable access to your place. On two recent occasions the key to my apartment doesn’t work and I’ve have had to wait for security for over a couple of hours as they can’t unlock remotely

These are supposed to be house keys. It is unacceptable that my digital key is consistently not working when I try to lock and unlock my door. Management companies please never use this tech for your tenants. I am going to move out of my building because of this app. I have tried contacting support a million times and they are not helpful.

I hate carrying my keys/fob around and this allows me to use my phone to get in. I also like how the remote doorman lets my guests in after I pre-approve them. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy

Would be cool if it was possible to access my apartment keys via Apple Pay, so I don’t have to open my phone everytime

This app is terrible and doesn’t function as a good door entry buzzer system. This can not possibly satisfy NYC buildings regulations which require all apartment buildings to have an intercom/buzzer system.

Beyond broken, the app never works it only tells me that there was an error and I should try again later.

Worst app in the world. I have access for client apartments as a dog walker and every time I get a new client the app glitches and wastes my time for the day for the schedule for the rest of the clients.

Their UI puts you in a loop when you are adding someone else, they are completely unable to use the app
