Poor customer service and organizational skills
I’ve been using this app for steam washes for over 2 years. Service was so-so at first but convenient. Smudged windows and sickly sweet perfume. Lately it’s been horrible service. The workers always show up hours early, when I’m at work with the car and then act as if it’s my fault they can’t keep an appointment. Sometimes they just don’t show up at all. Other times they arrive a week later saying I have an appointment, which I do not. Or they message me that they don’t operate in Aramco. I’m not in Aramco. My location is abundantly clear and far away from that compound. This has happened 3 times now. When they finally understand this they say that they’re not working at that time. Just lies to skip their work it seems. Perhaps in the future I’ll try them again but for now I need more reliability and consistency.
