I received a spoiled product, and two of the items I ordered were not delivered at all. It’s been over 20 days, and although they’ve seen my messages, I still haven’t received any response. I’m truly disappointed. Living in Dubai, I expected a higher level of professionalism, but unfortunately, this Iranian app has shown zero responsibility and no commitment to customer care. It’s a shame that even basic follow-up is missing. I do not recommend this service at all.

I’ve ordered the mini cones and the sugar free sweets and they are super! Cartimi has an amazing selection of products and the delivery is safe and fast. I highly recommend it.
Fast service, they do not use plastic in their packaging and the variety is nice.
