If there is a rating below the 1 star i would have choose it. Imagine paying for an item you desire which takes as per the app 3-5 days yet here i am 11 days yet my order is not received i didnt leave a single point of contact through emails, requests on the app and tons of calls with vague promises yet nothing again and again! Worst experience ever, not reliable app and terrible,poor contact agents and manager??

I have experienced their service multiple times, and it has consistently been disappointing. Despite promising delivery within 5 days, orders remain pending even after 3 weeks. There’s no option to cancel the order, and their customer care number doesn’t work. Unfortunately, this service is unreliable and not trustworthy.

Bad quality bad customer service لا انصح بالشراء منهم اجهزه مجمعه وخدمه سيئه عن تجربه مرتين انها اسوء شركه ممكن التعامل معها

Bad very bad experience the customer service it’s the worst in the history, I buy a MAC book pro I purchase the item and it needs to be delivered by 5 business days on 4 of December and he we are on 15 of December and I’m still waiting for the order and no one responds any of the Chanel’s so they took my money and run away!

No one answers the phone nor respond to messages nor emails. Are they out of business? I tried to call 210 times but no answer. Delivery is more than a week late and still under processing. Donno how to get my money back. I will file a case against them at consumer protection authority. Hope to get my money back

طلبت منتج والمفروض استلامه بعد 5 ايام مع العلم اني قمت بدفع ثمن المنتج و حتى لم استلم المنتج بعد مرور 25 يوما ولم يتم ارجاع المبلغ وحاولت الاتصال بهم لكن لا احد يجيب وقمت بأرسال ايميل لهم لتوضيح المشكلة ولم اتلقى اي رد منهم تجربة سيئة جدا و اي متجر هذا الذي لا يوجد لديه خدمة عملاء 👎🏻

They sent me broken device and they don’t have any support or after sale service.

If there is smth less than zero agree they are scammers and fraud

don't put your number because nobody is answering it always says " sorry we cannot accept your call " i've been calling for 2 days.

I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max. On the 28 November Delivery Day 03 December. But I have not yet receive my delivery yet till now. I don’t know what to do. It’s really a shame to cartlow uae.
