Cascade CU

Used to be able to handle any banking function needed. Since update, checking a text for two-factor authentication closes the input window, meaning the code that was sent can no longer be used. As of today, mobile deposit appears non-functional, the buttons to take photos of a check do nothing.

I’ve been using the cascade app for the majority of my banking for almost 5 years. The old app used to look less visually appealing but worked great. It had the feature to check your account balances without even having to log in! Now with the new update you HAVE to sign in every. Single. Time. In order to check your account balances, this is such a stupid change why do I have to type in my password and occasionally my security questions JUST to check my account balance? The whole point of an app is to save me time now if I need to check my balance at checkout I’ll either have to take MORE of my time to do so or check before I even get to the store.. The new update does make the app visually appear better but IMO I hate how clustered the screen is now when you want to check your withdrawals and where and what took the charge when before it just told you who charged you and the amount.. Stop making apps more clustered and make it simple and easy to read.

The new interface wont let me log in and says that it cannot be updated.

I enjoy quick easy access and being able to transfer between accounts as well as depositing a check when I get paid from someone stuck in the 1900s. 😉

I love the bank, but their app is horrible, it seems like it’s down half the time and it’s really inconvenient

This app is a constant battle to ever see my bank account, it never fails to crash at anytime. I save time by just calling the branch.

This app is constant unavailable! What good does a mobile app do a person when you can’t use it! Be nice if they would fix it.

Everyone I’ve tried using the app it doesn’t let me see quick balance or when trying to sign in it says “this application is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Needs fixed please.

This is literally the worst app. Not user friendly. Every time you need it to work it says that’s the application is unavailable. I’ve called the bank several times. It’s takes a lot for me to not like an app. I’ve waiting for them to try and fix the bugs but it’s worse. Seriously considering switching banks just so I don’t have to deal with this stupid app.

I use banking apps regularly for convenience. This one is constantly giving me fits with error messages. I may be switching accounts soon.
