Kevin Carr & Maghan Spenser kept me informed every step of the way, a long with me faxing my bills and send my X-rays. If there was an update they contacted me. They also gave me 3 different ways to contact them 1. Phone, 2. Text or 3. Email, you can trust them in contacting you back and they will be there all the way through the negotiations.

It’s been hard waiting but I’m trusting them

Not really sure what to rate it. I mean, it’s a good idea, and I guess it’s handy, but it tells me absolutely nothing about my case. Like it’ll say there’s an update for it, i go to the app, and it just says look in the app….which isn’t saying anything.
