I got debited twice and I sent a mail, nobody responded to my mail.
I hate to do this for businesses but I have to because I’m frustrated already. I do the daily savings with CashBox and I get debited twice all the time, I complained about it by sending a mail and I never got a response, I sent a follow-up mail and nobody still answered. I want to cancel my savings, redraw my money but it won’t go through. Worse saving app I have ever used. For 4 days in a roll now, I haven’t been able to access my app. Why was i logged out?
