Opened the app and it forced you to log in, no sign up option. So I went to my browser and made an account but when I logged in on the app it took me to a gray screen and did nothing

This goes for the website and the app. It is an absolute disaster everytime you might want to try to swap, change, or update a single photo. Every way you turn, every button you press, all leads to spending money. Outrageous amounts of money for a poorly designed product. How stupid is it that there’s a “free credit” for a photo and once you use it you can never swap or update that photo without paying a minimum of $30. So then you’re stuck with a photo from 10 years ago with no logical way of changing it. Put some goddamn ads on your site or something if you’re going broke on this business. If you’re poor just say that. I am not ever going to pay for this poorly designed, greedy, website.

“Due dates”/“Deadlines” for media requests would populate to the app. Right now, I check the app for an audition then I have to head to the website to see when the deadline is.

They keep your videos for 20 days so you literally have to pay the 25/month (which is actually 29/month) or not audition at all. So bad.

Fix your platform, AGAIN stopped receiving emails notifications!!!!!!!!

Good app but they make you keep your videos on there for 21 days for no reason other than to fill your storage limit so you have to upgrade to the $25/month plan

For whatever reason the app doesn’t show when an audition is due on the audition page. Major oversight.

When I first downloaded this, it was because I wanted to have the opportunity to be featured is little films or commercials. At first it was good and then I started a free trial for the app. Now, the trial is not through the apple store, it's through their own personal website or whatever. So, you put your information in and then it just says that after your 30 days is up they will charge you. Honestly, that was my first mistake in not realizing that. Then after a little bit (though long before the trial was up) I decided to cancel my trial. First and foremost, all of the help pages were completely useless and gave no helpful information. Once I figured out how to do it, I found out that you had to submit a request. I find that to be very tasking and annoying. I wasn't able to log into my account through the website anymore for some reason and the app itself has almost none of the setting features that the website does. I'm at a loss and hoping that after the 30 days, I will be contacted through email and not be charged.

It would be nice if we could rearrange the order of videos since when they’re uploaded! Currently, the order seems to be random and take 1 might appear after take 3, for example.

This app would be great for submitting my materials as an actor if it weren't for the fact that you cannot hear the audio in the audio reel, or the video reel, that is most imperative for casting directors to hear! Please fix this bug so we can work!
