I love this app as a dealer technician. I keep having problems downloading the OHT FDB serial number if you could contact me I will give further details. Overall great app.

The Cat® SIS2GO app helps you maintain, troubleshoot, and repair your Cat equipment.
Two levels of SIS2GO access are available:
• Cat Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Parts Manuals, and the ability to identify, verify and seamlessly order Cat parts from independent Cat dealers are available to all users at no charge.
• An affordable monthly or annual subscription (offered by Caterpillar) gives access to comprehensive Cat Service Manual information. The subscription provides troubleshooting guides, step-by-step repair procedures, tooling information, hydraulic and electrical schematics, and more. Access to service manual information in SIS2GO is included with a SIS 2.0 subscription (offered by Cat dealers).
Optimized for mobile devices, SIS2GO offers a simple, intuitive, and efficient user interface to access Service, Parts, and Operation and Maintenance Manual information. SIS2GO downloaded content is accessible whether you’re connected or not, so you can rely on SIS2GO even when working on the most remote job site.
And for any purchases, following is the terms
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at-least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Great when it works
Used to work great not sure what changed but they need to fix it
Won’t load and crashes
Updated the app because I had to update my phone and now whenever I open the app it tries to load , but is stuck on a black screen with the SIS2GO logo and that’s it. Sometimes it will stay like that for a few minutes and then crash. Not able to look up parts and order them from the job site anymore.
App crashes
New apple update to 18 and the app gives you a white screen after a min or two. When it worked it was awesome.
Won’t open
The app doesn’t open or load anything. If it does you get about 3 seconds to see anything and it freezes and goes blank. Works about as good and their dealer support!
Just plain doesn’t work
I could not even register and open the app, tried 10 time and then deleted it because it was pointless to keep trying, super disappointed
Works Great
Works great on the go for me. Can order parts and have them set out and ready to go at my local branch. Very handy tool to have

Doesn’t work with iOS
Opens and shows “SIS2GO” and nothing follows. IPAD and IPhone No updates in months What a joke
