Even when I’m at my house I can’t unlock the third leave even tho I have 70 hits it is very unenjoyible

This game is really fun, especially since you can play it in the car, but the thing is I can’t get to Medium or higher. Whenever I click the add button to unlock medium it says “Connection Failed”, and this is really frustrating because I can’t get to the higher levels. So I please ask the developers to fix the bug.
