Horrorosa sincronización. He comprado 3 para mi equipo y ya me da problemas de sincronización hasta con una sola sesión. El soporte es vía mail y no solucionan nada. Muy mala compra por mi parte
Pod issue
My pod keeps saying there is an error and that my session can’t be processed right now, any way to fix this?

Cuando intento comprar la suscripción anual para usar premium, me da error y dice “Invalid product ID”. Quiero usarlo con mi Apple watch y para ello necesito un premium que no me deja comprar. Useless.
Failed tech & they dont care
If this tool worked all the time Id buy it for each one of my players. But now they charge a subscription for a robot. Somehow my pod didnt pick up tonights game- but last week it randomly split the recording and also had random times it was in my bag. Just put a switch on it. Good thing i could hide my garmin watch

The App and device are extremely good for tracking performance either for improvement or just fyi. More importantly the tips that come with it are valuable
Catapult
The pod has stopped connecting to my phone and won’t let me see past games or anything
Terrible product and service.
This company's product worked fine for me for several years. Then they forced me to upgrade the firmware on my pod and that caused the pod to stop working. After 2+ weeks of back-and-forth they sent me a new pod which also does not work and will not sync. Now it’s been four weeks and no one has offered me any help or solution to correct this problem. I am very frustrated at how bad the service and tech-support is with this company. I would strongly advise everyone to not waste your time or money with Catapult products. Catapult has been a huge disappointment. Would love to get a refund of my money and us go our separate ways.
Pod quit working
I’ve had it of 18 months and it quit working. I have had no response from the company
