CB-ACTIV is a newly designed and developed application which is only work for our new line of Crossbeats smart watches.
Main features:
Sync your steps,calories,mileage,heart rate,sleep and your exercise records recorded by your watch. The newly designed UI can display the data more intuitively.
After you bind and authorize,we will push your phone’s incoming call and SMS to your watch to avoid you missing information.
You can use the app to configure your watch’s sedentary alert,alarm clocks,schedules,backlight as well as sync weather and AGPS files(assisting the watch itself to locate) and other features, so you can use your watch better.
In the course of your use, if you have any questions, you can always ask, we will listen to your suggestions and make improvements.

IOS issues
App is crashing while connecting with iPhone 15Pro Max
Need more improvements
Unable to detect weather even if the location permission is provided to the app. Also live map tracking is not supported for ios maps !! Please resolve the same ASAP.
App crash
App is not starting on i phone 13. To connect my device again if battery discharge, i have to reinstall the app and for only one time, the app opens and after that it keeps closing when tried to open.
App with many issues, plz provide update urgently
CB activ is not having many options. First of all, no option to stop continuous HR monitor which is draining the battery drastically. Also no option in the app to enable weather in the watch. Many more flaws like we cannot get older data if we do not sync daily. The raise wrist feature also often malfunctions. Also the option to set the timing for sleep is not available. (Some people workings in the night shift will never get to know about the sleep as they will sleep in the day hours which will not be counted) Only two new watch faces can be changed. Rest 4 faces remains the same. Even after setting the date format as DD-MM-YYYY most of the watch faces shows date in MM-DD-YYYY format.
Dial is not synchronising with apple phone.
Other than custom dial the online dial is not updating and unable to synchronise.

Not good
Watch face old fashioned. Weather support not syncing anyway. Worst watch and app I had seen with false hope of advertisement.
Nothing much to expect from a below average low standard company.
Their service and app is as bad as their products. Lame service and customer support. Can’t even do A-GPS update. Have made a mistake by using crossbeats products, I would recommend everyone to not use this company.
Weather is not showing
Weather is not showing in watch and app too. This issue is with iOS 16 only please check and update.
