CBE Mobile Banking(New)

It has been working fine till it suddenly crashed one day. I did everything in my capacity to get the app back. I did a hard reset, I uninstalled and then reinstalled it to no avail. I even fully reset my phone to get rid of the problem. It seems that there is no solution unless, of course, I change my phone!

Please try to consider mini statements to access . Moreover, if possible try to differentiate the deposit and withdrawal per page

Very horrible application i have recently changed phones and went to a branch to get my CBE application verification code and all was well for a few days then the application stoped working completely it shows me a blank page the branch says it has been barred and the way to fix it was to send a letter to central but it has been weeks and the bank has not provided me with any solutions. And with the most horrible customer service definitely disappointing

I never seen such kind of bank app, it doesn’t show account holder name, transaction details, can’t even generate statement.

My mobile app keep on knocking me out and refusing to sync for unknown reason and I have to always go to the branch in order to activate it again . As a matter of an example on Monday I reactivated my app and today which is Wednesday it’s giving me the same response ‘sync failed’ that’s very frustrating and time wasting so please work on this especially when the customers are out of the country.
