Last update is not good because after last update my app is stop working and i talk to customer care too many times but my problem is not solved. Last update is not work in outside the kuwait. Kindly resolve my problem

Really disappointed all cbk customers. Because no link payments. I'm also thinking better for looking another bank services

So many hidden charges. Looking for ways to scam people Took their najma account because it had many feautures, now everything has returned to basic Like before we could send unlimited links No only 5 links per months!! Have to purchase anyone of their products. Not optional that is mandatory. Worst bank ever

الابلكيشن صعب ومو سهل وما ينفهم بسهولة عندي حسابات في بنوك ثانيه اسهل وتقدر تتعامل من غير مساعده والعيب القوي اذا بتدز رابط لازم تكتب الرقم مايدخلك على الاسماء اللي عندك بالتلفون يعني معقد

hello sir how are you so far we have been dealing with the bank very happily but now we have a problem earlier we could create 15 payment links per day but now you have created option to create five links in a month creating more than five links per month No it's very sad for us we don't want this to happen and if this is the case we will stop using the card

This is the worst bank, it throws its customers out of the bank,

Looting poor people they charge every single online payment 100 fills o request every one do not open your account in this bank is just wants your money they don’t care your payment it’s done or not they charge 100 fills

The worst bank when it comes to service, hospitality and procedures. The call center works on a call-back kinda scheme which doesn’t make sense. When a customer needs you guys are not available for help while they (customer support) can call back the customers at their own convenience. What a pathetic structure. The emergency line is good for nothing. There is no supervisor or manager available at all. The bank accounts get ceased without prior information while it contains customers money. The staff itself at your branches are frustrated with the work flow and speak rubbish about the policies and procedures of the bank. Best is to get rid of the account and never look at it again.
