CBMobile - Cloudbooking

Completely useless. Every couple of days it stops working for whatever reason and the only way to fix it is by logging out and logging back in. It would be nice if they could add push notifications so you don’t forget to check in.

I like this app, the functionality when it works is great. Yet again, installed and the buttons to book a room or book a desk don’t work. Uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, went through the website, involved the work IT team who couldn’t help, it works, than it doesn’t work. Annoying

Makes life much easier , I can see at a glance where I’m booked into and know whether I need to book a room somewhere. Fabulous app much needed!

I actually prefer the app to the website version as it remembers the floor/building used before where as the website you have to select the building, then the floor each time before a desk booking can be made.

To make a booking I have to delete the app and reinstall it! Have to do these every few days!

Good app to book the company’s desk. Very fast, no glitching and easy to use.

Handy app for bookings when it actually works. The problem is most of the time the button I need to create a new booking doesn’t work so I end up having to log on with my laptop instead!

I’ve had real difficulty using this app. It crashes frequently and in some cases I can’t even access the booking screen. Please fix the bugs soon! 🙏

I have now redone loaded this app over 5 times as the QR code scanner feature disappears after a few days, rendering the app effectively useless. This is a glaringly obvious bug and I am mystified as to how it has not been fixed.

Usually needs 2 attempts to connect via QR code read. Sometimes cannot load existing bookings nor available resources.
