Most useless and unoptimize app ever
No improvement!
I have been using this account for couple of years now, there is no improvement up to now. I cant pay via QR code, it always says image too large even if i cropped it a lot of times already! No biometrics features, if you are going to pay by putting in the acct #, you have to save the acct number first then that's the only time you can pay. Very very time consuming! They cant even find a way to make everything fast and easy!! Too much hassle! If only i can give this one a zero rating!!! This app is the worst!
Frustrating
Really had a hard tume signing up. Im a depositor for more than 5 yrs but really haven’t signed up even raised a concern on the branch,hotline,emails etc. They just wasted my time.

Keeps on crashing
App keeps on crashing after you logged in especially when you tap pay/transfer.

Everytime I open the app it always crashes. Useless app
App always closing itself
The app keeps closing when trying to go to pay or transfer. Had to do multiple tries before it will let you transfer funds without app shutting down
Can’t Log In
What the hell? I can’t log in using my ATM Number. I already enrolled it in ATM and activated mobile banking.
