Keep the good work

I’m going to try to focus on the app. CCC has been around plenty long enough to be able to integrate estimating into the app. They’ve been comfy with minimal competition so long that it’s like they refuse to make any attempt at a clean user-friendly, modern interface. Desktop has looked early 2000s for a long time. The features regarding customer contact are so clunky and annoying that most shops don’t use them. It could be SO GREAT. Yet they choose mediocrity because there’s no real competition. Also, at the end of the day, their ultimate goal is to take our jobs with AI, after using estimators everywhere for their data input. Upsetting all around.

Some features are great and you can easily view ROs but you are unable to search by RO and also work orders do not work. I am unable to see any work orders or work logged by technicians. It always shows nothing on the app but when I view on the desktop I can see all of the work done by various technicians. Good start but a lot of development needed.

Been using for over 2 yrs now pretty decent app wish ccc one touch could be used on iPad to be able to have full access on apple products not just Microsoft hopefully will have access someday other than that app is everyday use

I would say 3 out of 10 repair orders pull up when searching. Very unreliable, then you can search the same repair order a day later and it pulls up, then a day later it won’t.

Make the closed RO’s accessible in the app. Helpful when and if there’s a comeback for any reason. view, reopen.

Love the app use it all the time now y’all should make a ccc one time card app or add it to this one, would be awesome.

Sometimes after taking a picture and swiping back in app, it actually take me back yo the home screen instead.

Does the job but could be faster. No need for slideshow type transitions on 360 photos. 0.5x zoom on photos on iOS seems to be missing, our android devices all allow it.

It would really help if we could have the notes available and be able to text from this app like we do from the computer to the customer.
