20% of the time (when everything is working) it's SO HELPFUL. I wish it was reliable. My daughter is in high school and half the year she is waiting in the cold and dark for the bus. This is terrible when the bus is usually 15 minutes late but surprise! sometimes on time or even up to 10 minutes early! Knowing where the bus is ~15 minutes before scheduled pickup allows her to stay home where it's light and warm a little longer. We can get her to the stop at the perfect time. It works like that about one day a week. The other 4 days of the week the app only says "waiting to identify bus" and never changes. So she has to get to the bus stop 10 minutes earlier than the schedule says and in all likelihood then wait nearly 30 minutes for the 15 minute late bus when it's cold and dark outside. It's sad and depressing for these poor kids that are already struggling. A system/app that is reliable would be make their very early mornings just a little better.

Like I hate how it just kicked me out and like I have to resign in myself. And one time I had to drive buy daughter to school myself cause it wasn’t showing up

This app needs major improvements, I see where the bus is so my son can walk to the bus stop but its never accurate, also there is times where the bus doesn’t even show in the app. CCSD really need to put attention to the app and fix it to avoid our children too miss school, their is some parents like my self that really do rely in the bus transportation.

Before it would update on where the bus is an now I open up the app and everyday it’s stuck on waiting to identify bus and having to wait 20 after the eta for the bus to arrive

The UX is horrific, the app is this ugly white and blue combination, the tracking rarely updates and often has latencies of 30-120 seconds. It doesn’t even run in the background so you have to stay on it for it to update. 0/10.

This is a terrible app which is hardly ever accurate. One min the bus isn’t on the map and the next it is but you missed it because the bus usually comes at a certain time but now it’s coming earlier. It doesn’t show its location on the map til it’s already gone I shouldn’t have to go in and out of the app to see the updated location. The app and the transportation is terrible

This app is terrible. Not only do I have to delete it and redownload it constantly to see any type of information. The gps never works and it always kicks me out due to not being connected to a server. Fix the app please or find another way to communicate with parents

It does not work on mobile data only Wi-Fi! Some of us Thus can't check the bus schedule in our car smh

This map help when bus r coming.(now i know how to use this app.) Than i find that bus were School - 1st stop -school -1st stop-2nd- 3rd. This is why 30min late every day. Bus should take all 1st stop kids first.
