No job notifications alert on iOS

After getting the booking. Why the app navigation function doesn’t work at all?

Your zip book app system has a bunch of problems and given me a job offer is very fast always and the price has gone down very low,please look to it,please try to do something of that, thanks

Call keep coming in when l am with a pax and the meter is on. The last app knows the meter is on. I am sorry this app is poorly constructed also every function is flawed. Please construct program another app. This system only give you call job when you are with a pax.

Lack notification n app no reaction to next screen

Quite frequently system down and seem no improvement for months. Previously can feel gradually improving,but last very months can see deteriorating. Is it different IT group?

I am using iphone 11 pro max. Satellite keeps scanning, when job came in, it always pop up message “the job has been cancelled”. This problem persists since last 3 days! Please look into this issue urgently!! The updated apps/software whether compatible to iphone 11 ??

Needs more improvements. At present, a worst job app to rely upon.

17:30 bid for the jobs n got it but within seconds cancel by itself. Continues for consecutive 3 bids. Then I deleted n download again. Hope it will work normally. However, zero job not being offer for bidding till now since 18:00.

After few app updates, till now the automatic toggle between “busy” & “available” is still not fixed. After every trip, the app remains in “busy” mode and no calls will come in until we manually toggle it to “available. And when we take a street hail, the app remains in “available” mode and doesn’t switch to “busy”
