Nice work Chandler! Only change I could foresee being useful in the future would be the ability to save numbers you have ran so you can pull them back up after you exit the app / if you are running multiple buildings at once you can hop back and forth. But that’s just nit picky.

Great app, easy to use

This is great for analyzing deals on the go!

I have an excel spreadsheet that calculates the evaluation of a potential rental property, but this app is amazing when you are on the go. This app makes it easier for people who are new to multi family property purchases and don’t exactly know how to determine if a property is a good buy! One thing I would fix is under the “Rents” and other fields, the app should allow for decimal placements. For example $500.5 or $500.67 to account for yearly rental increase allowances. Definitely 5 stars
