Cannot reach a human
Frustrating. Need a refill. Asked pharmacy and they tell me to reach doctor and an automatic respond come back saying contact pharmacy. System generated respond so I cannot reply back. I don’t know what to do.

Urgent Care Save My Spot
With Save My Spot, simply choose the location and time you want to come to an urgent care. Saving your spot in line helps minimize your wait time upon arrival. If the Save My Spot times are taken for the day, you can still walk in and be seen during business hours.
(Note: Please be aware that clinical needs are evaluated on a walk-in basis, so your reserved spot in line may change depending on the urgent medical severity of others. Wait times listed online are estimates and subject to change.)
Apple Health Connectivity
Using your My CS-Link account, you can download your medical record to Apple Health and take it with you wherever you go. When you connect your My CS-Link account to Apple Health, you can add information to your medical record like steps, blood pleasure, glucose levels and BMI.
Walking Directions
Getting around the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center just got easier. Our new Walking Directions feature allows you to get turn-by-turn directions to nearly 400 points of interest. You can also mark your parking spot.
Schedule an Appointment
Our updated appointment scheduling just got easier. With My CS-Link, you can schedule an appointment with a provider you’ve seen before.

Where are doctor’s communications and doctor’s notes with me?!
You let me see the doctor’s review only once. Then, it disappears. I had a BD and the doctor told me I needed such and such supplements at such and such amounts. I go to look for it again, and it is gone! So what do I have to do to find my notes again? It is trying to take my doctor notes away. This site should be like an email address, the notes are there “forever”, unless you specify with someone “you have so many doctors and so many notes that we can only give you your PC Dr notes, not the notes for all your specialists, too. Now, I am afraid that if I don’t remember what I read I have to bother the doctor with a note because your site took away the information, the direction, the understanding I was given.

Need to be able to edit med hx
My med hx is from 3 years ago. Should be able to edit/ADD items to med hx. App only lets change was was initially entered. Ie: surgical hx - need to ADD info but can’t. Why?
Horrible, useless, awful
I’d rather type into a broken computer with keys made of broken glass than use this app in a crisis ever again

I have been so pleased with every doctor I’ve seen since moving to California in March! I don’t think I’ve ever felt so listen to and under such good medical care as I have it Cedar Sinai. And it’s the best app I’ve ever used to track my medical appointments, meds, and things like that.I am very, very pleased with my medical team here in California thank you very much
