The best company and app.
Constantly hitting “ snags “. Very difficult to check in and book shore excursions
The app works about 25% of the time while onboard. Of course you are told to find out everything on the app—hard to do when the app does not work most of the time. Fortunately the old fashion daily paper is still published and distributed so one can know what to do and when. When that is not published in print anymore, there will be issues.
I am looking for our cruise itinerary with no luck.

Crew and food outstanding in fact my wife and I loved it so much we are going to repeat our cruise and will be taking my son and his family on this next cruise
My wife and I recently completed a 12 day cruise to Norway on the Celebrity Apex. I chose this particular cruise as I am of Norwegian Heritage and have always wanted to go to Norway and it happened to start on my 70th Birthday. Everything about the cruise was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I love the layout of the Edge Class Ships and particularly enjoyed the Magic Carpet and spending some relaxing time in the afternoons in Eden. We ate dinner most Nights in Normandie and our wait staff of August, Eric and our Sommelier, Anthony made each night special. They were friendly, informative and attentive, which added to our enjoyment of our cruise. Also, the food was very good. It had been quite a few years since our last Celebrity Cruise and although their food was always good, it seemed they have upped their game since then. As for our stateroom, we had a Celebrity Concierge Class cabin with an Infinite balcony that we really enjoyed as it gave us more usable space in the room. Our cabin attendant Jaime was very friendly, kept our stateroom immaculate and was on the spot when we had a minor emergency, when the bathroom flooded. This was my 17th cruise and 5th with Celebrity and certainly one of the most memorable. We are already booked for the 2nd voyage of the new Celebrity Xcel next November and can’t wait!
This cruise experience was quite disappointing from the beginning with chaos at check in due to technical difficulties. The overall condescending attitude from most staff was disappointing. Primarily most staff were unhappy and frustrated with unwillingness to be attentive. The food was a constant recycling of same foods but different preparations. Mostly duck in the restaurants. The areas food and deck were crowded and inaccessible. It was as though a major concert or sporting event just let out most days. The Luminae, Michaels and Bleu were excellent though. Jose was very helpful, Marco was awesome and Armando was amazing.
