Poor Quality of Customer Service
Mega gym price, gym ruko customer service. I lost my access to classes even though I already paid for my membership. I paid for full four months in advance, but they said there’s a 62k pending payment for this month. I talked to my home club, then to this current club, then to the company’s customer service, only to find out that they’re so unprofessional in handling this. It’s taking more than 3 days to solve this tiny mistake, preventing me from accessing classes. Even worse, not a single person I’ve talked to say even the slightest apology for my loss 👎👎👎👎👎👎
