The app is bugged, I can’t update my details, can’t access the server error cone up whenever I try.

When you try to enter the application, it automatically gives an error "No Internet". The service is of course the bottom even if there is already a problem at the entrance.

Asking a 50 Dhs delivery charge after placing the order on the app is not professional at all! You should not mislead your customer this way!!!

Asking someone to trust you while you are not is not acceptable. The app will ask you to pay online payment (on a different website), or give them cash in advance so they can proceed with the order. Either you do it professionally, and put ApplePay or make it cash on delivery. Staff are all trained to say NO, and first thing will tell you is "cancel your order."
